Feeling challenged by motherhood?
Emerging Mothers offers a safe and supportive environment to encourage women to grow and develop their self-esteem, knowledge and confidence in being a mother. It’s a time where you, as women can enjoy a place to discover, reflect and connect with your innate ability and wisdom as a mother. The workshops will help you explore your feelings, thoughts , beliefs and uncertainties through a range of creative expressions such as movement, collage, painting and relaxation. Through this enhanced awareness a closer attunement with yourself and your baby can emerge. Babies welcome!!
When: Starting Monday 31st October from 10am to 12pm
